Care Guides
To ensure your furniture stays looking good for as long as possible it is vital that you use the following care guides for cleaning. It is important to look after the fabric to help maintain its appearance and condition.

Agua Classic & Microsafe II & III Ranges
Most stains can be removed using the wipe clean method.
General Care: Regular vacuuming and wiping with a damp cloth to remove dust particles
Spillages: Remove quickly with an absorbent dry cloth
Minor Soiling: Wipe with a clean damp cloth
Water Based Stains: Mild liquid detergent with warm water, rinse thoroughly followed by drying with an absorbent cloth. Use cold water for stains produced by bodily fluids
Other Stains: Use proprietary products, following the instructions on the container carefully
Hypochlorite or Alcohol Based Solutions: They can be used in extreme circumstances (10,000ppm)
Steam Cleaning: Highly recommended in situ
DO NOT DRY CLEAN, MACHINE WASH or TUMBLE DRY
Ensure: All soap residue must be rinsed out or it will attract further, less easily removed stains
Panaz Panatex, Panvelle, Neptune 3 & Atlantic (WO2 & WO2D) Ranges
General Care: Routine soap and warm water sponging is effective for ordinary soiling. Water and oil based stains are easily removed using most water based household spray cleaning agents. Antiseptic cleaning agents can be used, half a cup of household bleach for 5 litres of water can also be used as a useful disinfectant
Steam Cleaning: Highly recommended in situ
Skopos Mosaic Harris & Dice
General Care: Wipe clean with warm water for most stains. Do not dry clean. If required, a mild antiseptic cleaner maybe used and more stubborn stains may require a safe solvent such as Isoprophyl or mineral spirit. A half cup of household bleach for 5 litres of water can be used as a useful disinfectant. Regular vacuuming and light brushing will help keep the fabrics appearance and prolong its useful life
Note: Before cleaning or attempting to remove stains it is advisable to always check the suitability of any cleaning fluid by applying to area of the fabric out of sight.
