This role requires expertise in joinery techniques, using tools to shape and assemble components accurately. The Bench Hand Joiner may collaborate with designers, ensuring the final products meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry using power and hand tools.
• Experience in framing and finish carpentry.
• Ability to interpret design drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing is a plus.
• Completion of a Joinery apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
